He is the founder partner of the firm. He was enrolled as a Member of ICAI in 2015. He did graduation from Mumbai University in 2012 and post graduation from Mumbai University in 2014.

He has been involved in the audit of major corporate and non-corporate clients. His core competencies are in the areas of Audit and Assurance services, Company law matters, Due Diligence and Certification services and RERA. His focused approach and meticulous work enables us to deliver every single time, even in time bound assignments. He leads the transaction support and accounting team at Gada & Nisar. His ability to understand the business environment coupled with his sound financial and accounting background has enabled him to specialize in Business outsourcing operations.

MAYANK RATANSHI NISAR (B. COM, FCA)

He is the founder partner of the firm. He was enrolled as a Member of ICAI in 2016. He did graduation from Mumbai University in 2012.

His strength lies in maintaining integrity and delivering client satisfying services. His vision is to transform the entire practice into a platform of quality driven service industry. He possesses extensive experience in Statutory Audit and Tax Audit. He has held leadership roles and has been in the forefront in articulating group philosophy and values and believes in a team building approach. He is also having sound knowledge of the current indirect taxation regime-GST so as to ensure flawless compliance under the new law by our respective and potential clients.

BHAVIN POPATLAL GADA (B. COM, ACA)

He is the young partner of the firm. He was enrolled as a Member of ICAI in 2016. He graduated from Mumbai University in 2012.

His key skills include Statutory Audits, Tax Audits, compliances in the fields of both Direct and Indirect Tax matter. He has expertise in Audits, Examination of Accounting, recording and reporting of financial transactions. Also carrying out Bank Audits and providing services in the field of consultation of accounts, Income Tax matters. He has successfully represented clients before the income tax authorities up to CIT (A) on complex tax litigation matters. He is also involved in income tax return filing and other services for our NRI clients.
